About In-Store Battery Replacement & Watch Repair
Doctor Watch accepts in-store drop-offs for battery replacement and watch repairs. If you bring your watch directly to our store, we can often service it on the spot — saving you both time and cost.
Depending on how busy we are, most watch battery changes or simple repairs can be completed in about 10–20 minutes after you leave your watch with us.
While we work on your watch, you can wait in our lounge area, or you may choose to pick it up later if that’s more convenient.
※ Please note: For certain watch brands or models with special mechanisms, on-the-spot service may not be possible — in that case we will need to take your watch for repair and return it later.
If you’d like to bring your watch in for service, please use the “In-Store Visit Reservation” form below. While reservations are not strictly required, we recommend booking in advance — without a reservation, you may have to wait depending on store congestion. ※ Our store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
